This policy describes how ScaleX (“we”, “us”) collects and processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

2. What data we collect

When you fill out the inquiry form, we collect the data you provide yourself: name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you're interested in, your approximate budget and the text of your message.

3. How we use the data

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote;
• To contact you about our services;
• To communicate about a project if we begin working together.

The legal basis is your consent and/or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

4. Sharing with third parties

The inquiry form is processed through the Web3Forms service, which forwards the message to our email. We also use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for analytics and advertising (see section 7). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary to process your inquiry and any subsequent communication, after which we delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise your rights, email us at scalexx9@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

7. Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies and tools for analytics and advertising: Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd.). They load when you visit the site and collect data about its use (for example, pages visited) so we can measure performance and optimize our ads. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, and manage personalized ads in your Meta and Google settings.
